Validity: In the event that a court finds any provision of these Terms invalid, the parties agree that the court should strive to give effect to the parties’ intentions, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Statute of Limitations: Any claim or cause of action related to the use of the Site or these Terms must be filed within one year, regardless of any contrary statute or law.
